Every round,
accounted for.

RoundBase joins Purgo, vehicle trackers, fuel and timesheet data into one governed lakehouse — reconciled overnight, ready before the first vehicle leaves the yard.

Role-based access, scoped to your organisation, with per-dashboard permissions.
One trusted model
Purgo, trackers, fuel and timesheets reconciled in a single lakehouse.

Access

Groups decide what people see — tables (down to the column), dashboards, agents and data entry. Everyone is the group every person is in; a person can be in several more.

The invitation was emailed. They'll receive a link to set their own password and sign in — nothing more to do here.
Activation link:

Account

Your account

Manage your password and two-factor authentication.

Update your password
Choose a new password of at least 12 characters. Updating it signs you out of every other device.
Your password has been updated. Other devices have been signed out.
Authenticator app
A second step at sign-in: your password, then a 6-digit code from your phone. It stays on this account only — nobody else in your organisation is affected.
Checking…

You'll need an authenticator app on your phone — Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, 1Password and Authy all work.

Scan this with your authenticator app, then type the code it shows to confirm the two are talking to each other.

Can't scan? Enter this key by hand

Two-factor is on. Save your recovery codes.
Each code signs you in once if you lose your phone. This is the only time they are shown — store them somewhere safe, not in this browser.

    Add a row
Fill in every field and press Enter (or Add row). A row whose key already exists updates it in place; otherwise it's added as new.

Ask for figures — a total, a top ten, a breakdown — and the table lands here, with a CSV beside it.

    Ask RoundBase

RoundBase Hi, I'm your RoundBase data assistant. Ask me anything about your operations — how the data fits together, what a status or code means, or what a figure is really telling you.
